If you are not completely satisfied with your Maidenform product(s), we will
assist you with a prompt exchange, refund, or credit. In order to maintain the level of service you've come
to expect from Maidenform, we have established the following exchange and return policy.
Our Return Policy
You may cancel, return or exchange your order at any time up to 30 days after the online purchase date or 7 days from the day
after the day you receive the products you ordered, whichever is later.
Where your order has not been dispatched when cancellation is received, we will confirm cancellation to you by email and make any necessary refund to your credit or debit card.
Where we receive notice of cancellation after products have been dispatched, you may only return or exchange unworn, unwashed
products unless the product is faulty.
For these products purchased on Maidenform.co.uk, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for the product or an exchange and your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note no returns may be made to retail stores or department stores. Additionally we cannot accept returns for purchases made in retail or department stores
When returning products on which you have received a promotional or other discount, the refund will only cover the price you paid.
Refunds in relation to products may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase. If Maidenform is unable to put the refund through on this card for any reason, someone will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Please make sure that all pants/briefs/body briefers etc. are tried on over your own underwear. Returns will be refused
on products where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Shipping Costs
Maidenform will cover the shipping costs for damaged items
or incorrect orders (including incorrectly shipped sizes, colors, or styles, but not including partially shipped
orders due to stock shortages) only. In all other cases customers assume the cost of returning products.
In the case of an exchange, Maidenform will re-ship your purchase at no additional charge.
Returning By Mail
To return a Maidenform product purchased from this website, simply send the product along with your packing slip, or a note
indicating your order #, to the address below. A return will be granted after the product is received, provided that
the return is covered by our returns policy above.
Please send your package, including your returned product(s), via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure
a safe and documented delivery to:
