After you purchase items at maidenform.co.uk, a screen will appear that confirms your order. At this point modifications can still be made to the order through the "edit" button. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Your order will be shipped as it was placed. If you do not wish to keep the product, please return it according to the instructions on the packing slip and place a new order for the replacement product.
No contract will exist in relation to the products until we have confirmed to you by email the particulars of your order, including its value and the products ordered. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you when you are able to access the confirmatory email. This will be without prejudice to your right to cancel as outlined in these terms and conditions and to your statutory rights as a consumer. Maidenform reserves the right to refuse orders for products.
Out of stock items are generally not available to order. The fulfillment of an order does remain subject to stock availability at
the time of shipping. If only part of your order can be accepted we will let you know and deliver those items to you.
