What is the Maidenform.co.uk's return policy?

Maidenform.co.uk will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, on all merchandise purchased on the Maidenfor.co.uk website only. Returns can be made for up to 30 days after the online purchase date. Once your return is received and inspected, usually within 72 hours of receipt, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Any discounted purchases made during sales or via promotions codes will be credited at the discounted price.

Note: Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. No returns can be made to retail or department stores if purchased from the website and in addition no returns will be accepted by Maidenform.co.uk if the purchase was made in retail or department stores. For all discounted purchases made during sales or via promotion codes, returns will be credited at the discounted price.

How do I return products to Maidenform.co.uk?

To return a product purchased from Maidenform.co.uk, simply send the product, and the completed Returns Form (which is included with all orders), to the address below. Your return will be processed after the product and the completed Returns Form are received. Maidenform.co.uk suggests that in order to reduce any costs incurred for returning products normal mail be used for returns.

Does Maidenform.co.uk issue refunds?

Maidenform.co.uk will only issue refunds for orders purchased on Maidenform.co.uk website. Refunds are processed within approximately 3 – 5 working days upon receipt of the return and will be processed to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All discounted purchases made during sales or via promotions codes will be credited at the discounted prices.

Upon out receipt of a returned package, the processing of the return requires 3 – 5 working days for the entire process to be finalized. The return is processed to the original form of payment.

Will Maidenform.co.uk pay for my return shipping charge?

Maidenform.co.uk will only pay for return shipping costs for orders that are returned due to damaged or incorrect products (incorrectly shipped sizes, colour, or styles). Original shipping costs will not be refunded for returns and orders where delivery was refused or undeliverable.

However if the exchange item is not in stock you will be contacted by a customer service agent via email.

Maidenform, Inc. will charge sales tax as required by law. Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. The primary factor that determines the appropriate tax is the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges.

What happens after I place my order?

After you make a purchase on Maidenform.co.uk, a confirmation screen will appear with your order details. An order confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you registered using My Account. If you do not have a Maidenform.co.uk account, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified during the Guest checkout process.

NOTE: Maidenform reserve the right to limit quantities. Maidenform also reserves the right to refuse orders for products.

I placed an order on Maidenform.co.uk, when will I be charged?

When an order is placed, funds will be placed on "hold" within your credit card account. Maidenform.co.uk will not charge against your credit card until the order is shipped from the warehouse. If an order/garment(s) is cancelled (due to stock unavailability) your credit card will not be charged and the hold placed for the order will be released.

I tried to place an order on Maidenform.com but it did not go through. Why do I see charges on my credit card?

When attempting to place an order Maidenform.com the coordinating funds are placed on "hold" while authorizing your credit card. Maidenform.co.uk does not charge against your credit card until the order is completed and shipped from the warehouse. During verification an error may have occurred which did not allow the fulfillment of your order. When these errors occur, the authorization/hold should expire within 7 days of when it was initiated.

Can I backorder an item that I am interested in buying?

Backorders do occur on select Maidenform® styles that we know we are getting more of within 30 days. Fulfillment of your order is subject to stock availability at the time of shipping. If some of your order is available then this portion will ship without the items that are backordered. If this happens the entire shipping fee will be charged on your first shipment. You will not be charged any further shipping costs on the balance of the shipments that remain for your backordered items.

NOTE: If this situation was to occur, you will be contacted via email by a Customer Services Agent.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

Yes, Maidenform.co.uk is able to modify your order manually. However any confirmation or shipping emails that will be received by you will remain the same as the original order that was placed, excluding any modified information. How do I track my order status?

Keeping track of your purchases on Maidenform.co.uk is simple. If you are a registered as a Maidenform.co.uk customer, and signed in to your account at the time of purchase, we automatically save the orders you place with us in your order history. How do I track my package?

Once your Maidenform.co.uk order has shipped, an email will be sent notifying you that your package has shipped which provides a DHL tracking number. Please click on the tracking number in your shipping notification. This will take you to a DHL site where it will show you the location of your package.
If you do not have your shipping notification email, please follow one of the two ways above for checking your order status that will also bring up this same tracking number which you can then click on and see the DHL location information.
Alternatively you can also logon to the DHL website www.dhl.co.uk and enter your tracking number there and it will provide you with the location of your package. Where does Maidenform.co.uk ship to?

Maidenform.co.uk currently only ships to address in the UK and Ireland (including the Channel Islands). Maidenform.co.uk is hoping to expand our business in the near future to include shipping to more countries in Europe.

NOTE: No Deliveries will be made on Saturday and Sunday.

What are Maidenform.co.uk shipping rates?


All Maidenform.co.uk orders are shipped using DHL Express and require a signature upon receipt.
Standard DHL Shipping (2-5 working days) is from £4 - £5, depending on weight. Overnight DHL Shipping is from £8 - £14, depending on weight. Shipping thresholds are calculated against the final product sub-total amounts including any discount that may be applied.

NOTE: We currently are offering Free Shipping for all Standard Shipping Order to the value of £50.00 or more (after any promotion or discounts have been taken out.)

Is overnight shipping available?

Yes, all orders for overnight delivery must be placed before 12 noon the day before it is required. Any order placed for overnight delivery on Friday will not be delivered until Monday, and any order placed for overnight delivery on Saturday and Sunday will not be delivered until Tuesday.

NOTE: Overnight orders placed between Friday and Sunday will not be delivered until Monday or Tuesday, but will still be charged at the Overnight shipping rate.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed with Maidenform.co.uk, for in stock merchandise, will usually be shipped within 2 working days after the order is placed. When using standard shipping, most packages will typically arrive on your doorstep within 3 working days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sunday and/or public holidays. Orders placed for overnight delivery on Friday will not be delivered until Monday and orders placed for overnight deliver on Saturday and Sunday will not be delivered until Tuesday.

While we aim to be accurate, any availability information or dispatch estimates on this website in relation to products are approximate. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products your order turns out to be unavailable. You should allow up to 10 day for delivery of products but this would be a rare case. In such a case a Customer Service Agent will contact you as soon as possible.

NOTE: Overnight orders placed between Friday and Sunday will not be delivered until Monday or Tuesday, but will still be charged at the Overnight shipping rate.

Will I be charged shipping on each package if my order is shipping in multiple boxes?

No, Maidenform.co.uk will only charge shipping on the first package shipped if shipping charges apply. Each additional package that is shipped afterward will not be charged and will be sent at the expense of Maidenform.

If I'm not at home when the package is delivered who do I contact?

If you have received an attempted delivery card from DHL informing you that they attempted to deliver your package or you see that an attempt was made to deliver your package when looking up the tracking number on www.dhl.co.uk please contact DHL Customer Services by phone on 0844 248 0844, their agents will assist in helping you arrange redelivery.

If you know that you will not be at home at the time of delivery, please leave an note on your front door (if safe to do so) containing your tracking number, instructions for the DHL Courier on where you would like the package to be left and your signature.

I have a promotional code for my order, where do I use it?

Promotional codes can be entered in your shopping bag. When viewing your shopping bag, scroll to the bottom of the items you are buying and to the left of your item total you should see a space labeled "Enter Promotional Code and Save". Enter the code you have in the white space below these words and hit apply code. If the code is valid the discount should be shown in your total recap. If the code is invalid the message "Sorry that code is not valid" will appear. For best use of codes please be sure to enter them as seen with Caps or no Caps.

In order to receive your free garment during one of Maidenform.com's many Buy 1 (2,3,etc.) Get 1 Free promotions, you must add the free garment(s) to your shopping bag before the promotional discount can be deducted from your order to adjust for the free garment.

You can retrieve order status information for orders you have placed on Maidenform.co.uk two ways:
  • If you do not have an account on Maidenform.co.uk click "Order Status" in the top header of any page. Type in you order number, last name and billing postcode (you will find this information in your Order Confirmation email) and the details of your order with DHL tracking codes for each style will appear. Click on the DHL tracking number below each style to see where the package is.
  • If you are logged into your Maidenform.co.uk account, you can click on "My Account" in the top header of any page and then click on "Order History" in the top left hand side column. This will bring up all of the orders you have placed on Maidenform.co.uk with the status and tracking number (if the order has shipped) for each order. Click on the tracking number to see where your package is. Only customer with Maidenform.co.uk accounts can see their full order history on Maidenform.co.uk. We automatically save the orders you place with us in your "Order History".
